Sauna/Cold PLunge

We offer both traditional and infrared sauna options. Traditional saunas warm the air with water poured over hot rocks and operate at a warmer temperature - more humidity. Infrared saunas use infrared lamps to heat the body directly and operate at a lower temperature - less humidity. You can add a cold plunge to your session to cool down during your sauna. We suggest trying a cold shower before jumping into the cold plunge to see how your body reacts to the sudden change in temperature.

$35 Single session

$20 Each additional person - please email us to add a person to your appointment

Small Sauna 2 person max/Large Sauna 4 person max (these are private saunas and only those in your group will be with you) Please bring a swimsuit with you.

Salt Therapy

Halotherapy, which is also commonly referred to as salt therapy, is an alternative treatment approach that involves the practice of breathing in tiny salt particles to improve respiratory functions and enhance overall health. We invite you to enjoy a soothing 45-minute session in our tranquil salt room, where you can fully immerse yourself in a calming atmosphere while reaping the numerous benefits that salt therapy has to offer.

Pricing:

$35 Single Session

Salt Sessions have up to 4 seats available. You may spend your session with other individuals when booking. Schedule each person in your session for their own chair. Dress in layers. Some people find the salt room to be warm and others find it to be cold.

Family Session:

$35 for first adult + $5 per child 12 and under + $20 per additional adult

Please email us to schedule a family session. We keep our regular and family sessions separate so that children have free roam of the salt room during their session. Family sessions are for those with small children.

Massage Therapy

Whether you are looking to simply relax or release tension filled muscles, we have several options for you. All pricing includes tax. Kelsey is currently not accepting new Massage clients. Please only schedule if you have previously received a massage with Kelsey. After 4pm hours are currently only available to those already established in that timeslot.
