  • Wear something comfortable! We ask all clients to remove their shoes in our lobby, and we have a place for your coats. You can enjoy lounge chairs in our salt room to relax, and we provide blankets and a heated wheat bag to keep you warm. Your comfort is our priority as you take this time for yourself.

  • You will remove your clothing for your sauna experience. Please bring a swimsuit or undergarments with you if you are in a group of individuals. Please note that these items will be drenched with sweat by the end of your session, and you may want to bring something to transport them home in. Leggings are sometimes difficult to put back on after a sauna session. Our sauna rooms are private, and you will only be with the people in your reservation.

  • You may want to consider bringing along some extra undergarments or a swimsuit to wear if you are planning to participate in a sauna session with other individuals. We provide a total of 2 towels per person to ensure your comfort, as well as water to help you stay hydrated throughout your experience.

  • Wear anything that feels comfortable! However, please avoid long sleeve shirts with tight sleeves, as we will need access to your arm for the IV. Many individuals may feel cold during their IV session, so we recommend bringing a sweatshirt or blanket for extra warmth. We also have some blankets available here for your use.

  • Please email us with requests to add a person to your session. We are sorry that our online scheduling system does not allow for this at this time. We can add 1 person to your Small Sauna Session and 3 people to your Large Sauna Session. For the Salt Room, we request that each person schedules their own session. We have 4 chairs available during each session.

  • Email is the best way to contact us at River Valley Wellness + IV. Please reach out to us at rivervalleywellnessllc@gmail.com. Some of our services require our full attention, and emailing ensures that you receive a prompt response during our breaks between clients. To schedule an appointment, we offer very simple online scheduling, which you can access above. Thank you for your understanding and support.

  • We understand that our services can be very beneficial during times of illness; however, we kindly request that you do not come in if you are experiencing acute symptoms or a fever. Please ensure you are fever-free for at least 24 hours without the aid of fever-reducing medications. This policy is in place to protect all clients, especially those with weakened immune systems. Rest assured, we do not impose any cancellation fees for appointments missed due to illness. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • The experience! We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed while you enjoy our space. You can choose between an infrared or traditional sauna experience in our two sauna rooms. Fresh towels are provided, two for each individual: one for sitting during your sauna session and another for drying off after your shower. Cold water is available, but feel free to bring your own beverage as well. We offer electrolyte drinks for purchase if you desire. Enhance your traditional sauna session with several essential oil scents available. Additionally, a cold plunge can be added to your sauna experience for a fee of $15. Our sauna features Bluetooth capabilities, allowing you to listen to your preferred music or podcast during your time with us.

  • Chromotherapy, otherwise known as Color Therapy uses light to restore balance in the body by applying color. Both of our saunas have color therapy inside. Choose the color that best fits your needs.
